Pre-Thanksgiving Togetherness

I have 10 cousins on the Taylor side, and we haven't all been together in years. Our lives have taken us in different directions and distance often keeps us apart. Most of us are still in Oklahoma, but we always look forward to visits from those that are far away. So when Blane's family and Austin's family were in the state at the same time, we got together for a little pre-Thanksgiving. It worked out great for Kyle and I because we were going to miss out on the Taylor Thanksgiving anyway. This gave us a chance to see everyone.

We had to grab a picture of the Perigo clan. Reunited at last.

It is so much fun to watch the next generation of cousins play together. They shut themselves in Terry and Cheryl's room and were pretending to be a family of dogs. Then they got a surprise visit from one of Austin and Kristi's puppies. That poor dog was smothered with attention.

Drew and Mia hung out with the grown-ups. Drew knows some magic tricks, so he showed off his talents to Grandpa. I can't believe how big they are! Drew barely resembled the little boy who was our ring bearer seven years ago. In fact, Kyle didn't even recognize him!

While I was saying my goodbyes, Oliver got to get out of the car and meet the kids.
