Christmas is finally here!

It may not have felt like it, but Christmas Eve had finally come. It was a very laid back day for Kyle and me. We stayed in Stillwater and took advantage of the unseasonably warm weather by going to a park near our house. Kyle hit some golf balls while Oliver ran out his energy. It was the prefect afternoon. We ended the night with a Christmas Eve service before letting Oliver "open" his Christmas gift early. It was so nice to have a relaxing day that reminded me of all the blessings we have in our life. Things might not be going as we'd planned them, but we are still incredibly fortunate.

Oliver LOVED his toy reindeer, so we had to face time Nana and Papa to show them.

We weren't loving the reindeer so much after finding chunks of it thrown up around the house later that week. But he did get a solid 15 minutes of enjoyment out of it before ripping it to shreds.

On Christmas morning, we headed to Ponca to celebrate with the Fox fam. We started the day at Grandma and Grandpa's and then headed out to the ranch for more fun and games after lunch. The kids had a great time and got SO MANY presents. It was fun watching them get excited as they unwrapped each one.

Instead of projecting the Christmas lights outside, they did it inside. The kids, and especially Kyle, loved it.

Who doesn't want an endless amount of trucks and cars for Christmas?!

Grandma made us each blankets again this year, which is such a wonderful tradition! Ella loved the one her mommy picked out.

Christmas or Mardi Gras? I can't tell.

 Ella loves Oliver!

 Grandpa had his lap full!

 Conner loves his Nana!

 And the present piling begins...

 Ella liked her ABC book!

 Such handsome boys!

Oliver had a little trouble settling down.

But eventually he found a comfortable spot.

Then it was time for the big ball of Saran Wrap with goodies inside! This was Tasha's idea, and it was so fun!

The timer was set, so we unwrapped as quickly as we could, passing it around the circle each time someone rolled doubles.

Tasha got a special little surprise on her turn. I don't think this is what she imagined when stuffing all of that confetti in it!

That is one happy little reindeer.

And what celebration is complete without a little ornament tossing.

Wishing Baby Amelia a very merry Christmas!

After we finished up with the Fox family, Kyle delivered me to I-35 so Ty could pick me up on his way to Hennessey. Kyle had to work the day after Christmas, so we parted ways for the moment and he joined us in Hennessey when he got off work. Ty and I made it to the very tail end of the Taylor family celebration. Just in time for gift giving!

We were all in the living room exchanging gifts and talking. Meanwhile, Asher was just sitting at the table quietly assembling his Mixels.

Terry and Steyan kept him company.

It was a full house, and yet, half of us were missing!

Meagan was so proud of her ugliest sweater contest winner!
